In de traditie van de authentieke Italiaanse limoncello heeft ook de yuzucello als basis een maceraat van Amalfi citroen. Het complexe zuiderse citruskarakter is afkomstig van een distillaat van yuzu. De yuzucello is niet stroperig en leent zich perfect als fris digestief of als cocktail opgewerkt met tonic.
