Pinard de Bruxelles is our annual collaboration with winemaker Jehan from Languedoc. This 5th cuvée is a wild & spontaneous creation levitating between beer & wine. A blend of 1-year-old DANSAERT Lambic with must from an exciting french red grape trio.Blend of 2/3 lambic & 1/3 red grape must from La Clape, Languedoc. Lambic from Grappa foeders & Bordeaux barrels brewed in coolship season '21/'22. Must of Grenache, Sarah & Mourvèdre grapes.
