The foundation of Caribbean Spiced begins with real Caribbean rum sourced from Jamaica and Martinique. Once dealcoholized, we rebuild and elevate the profile with carefully selected botanicals. Vanilla from Madagascar’s Sava region brings soft, floral warmth, while Indonesian nutmeg adds aromatic depth and gentle earthiness. A touch of baked apple rounds the blend. To preserve the soul of the original spirit, we use Supercritical CO₂ extraction – an advanced technique that removes alcohol under high pressure and low temperature while protecting aromatic compounds and structural depth. The result is a clean, focused base that carries the character of aged rum, simply without the alcohol.
